A comprehensive screening, review of medical history and notes sent to physician will be done during your initial visit. The screening includes a 12-point musculoskeletal assessment to establish a measurable baseline for effective progress in your program. Goals will be established at this time with your medical exercise specialist. Appointments can last up to 2hrs. ***THIS SERVICE IS SOLD SEPARATELY & REQUIRED TO START MEDICAL EXERCISE. ***
