PAYMENT POLICY

ReNEU Medical Fitness offers cash-based services that support a limitation-free model of care that's not restricted by insurance guidelines. This allows our specialists to create customized and progressive therapeutic plans for each individual client.

Do you accept insurance for services?

​WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE OR SUBMIT INSURANCE CLAIMS AT THIS TIME. Medical exercise training can be covered by insurance based on the following criteria:

  • Client condition is deemed a medical necessity for services offered

  • Client has maximized all physical therapy/chiropractic benefits

  • Client has functional deficits post rehab

  • Client has referral for medical exercise training from physician.

Then you may request an invoice for insurance reimbursement that you can submit on your own after services have been rendered using NPI#1841061454

What happens during/after my session?

Generally, all sessions will begin with pre-exercise protocol, then a 10 min warm-up, 40 min therapeutic training, 10 min cool-down, assisted stretching and education as needed. ​All sessions are documented, and progress reports are provided to your primary care physician every 30 days. 

After how many sessions should I see results?

Every individual is different, and our services are tailored to foster a lifestyle change towards prevention, healing and functional mobility. We hope you're in this for the long haul.

How much does it cost? Is assessment included?

Services start as low as $50. Discounts are provided for booking multiple sessions. Assessments are a separate fee, required for all initial clients. Please review our booking page for more info. 

What conditions do you treat?

We do not diagnose nor treat conditions. Our medical exercise specialists use a protocol-based approach to help individuals manage chronic disease/conditions such as musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and surgical procedures. 

Is this the same as physical therapy?

Medical exercise training is not the same as physical therapy. We do not replace your primary care team. Instead, we collaborate with them to assist you post rehab to continue working on residual deficits for optimal mobility function.  

What if I can't make it to the studio?

No problem. Contact our office and we can schedule an in-home training session. 

What's your cancelation policy?

All appointments can be cancelled within 24 hours of service. Our staff will assist you in rescheduling your sessions.
